Student’s Computer Collaboration Through Innovations Grant

HP Advances Teaching & Learning In The Classroom, June 30, 2009.

As part of the “HP Innovations in Education grant program,” HP is initiating a $6.7 million social investment, involving 25 school districts across the United States. These districts will receive a grant of equipment valued at over $270,000. The different computers offered to the different districts promote student collaboration, problem solving skills and the ability to navigate and thrive in an “information-rich society.” The design of the computers and programs are geared for children, and allow for different ways to teach and learn,
