Adding Real Value to Legal Education

On April 9, 2010 an unlikely group of law school deans and professors gathered with corporate representatives and partners from large law firms to discuss the state of law schools today and the path they need to take to succeed.  The group discussed the failure of law schools to teach practical skills but the strength of law schools in teaching critical thinking.  The group determined that law schools need to adapt to the changing economy and to the changing needs of business.
